2. Connect

3. Over to us

We’ll contact your references (please provide up to four names, along with email address and phone number), plus follow up DBS checks, as well as any other admin required to help get you set up.

4. Find your family

We’ll advertise your profile on our website, as well as share your details with families who we think could be a good match for you. If you’re in agreement, we’ll arrange for you to meet.

5. Could this be it?

We’ll call you for your feedback after each interview – and will share with you any feedback from the family. If it’s been a positive meeting, we will help to set up a second meeting to discuss the role further. Some parents may see this is as an opportunity to introduce you to their children.

6. Crunch time

Once a job offer is on the table, we can help negotiate terms with your new family, as well as agree start dates and assist them, generally, with the creation a contract of employment.
